Fortified wines were the backbone of the Australian wine industry until the 1970’s and the old wines that have been slowly mellowing in old oak barrels for many years offer great value. This Port is rich and unctuous with all the toffee, raisin and fruitcake flavours you’d expect from the style. Perfect with coffee, chocolate, crumbly cheddar and conversation.

South Australian Fortified Muscat - $10.80

A lighter style of fortified wine with honey, sultana and tea leafy notes. Lovely with dried fruit and cheese – or pour some over good vanilla bean ice cream.
